These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venatra mobile application (the "App") and related services provided by Venatra Inc. ("Venatra," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
Summary: You must be at least 13 years old to use Venatra. You are responsible for maintaining your account.
By creating an account on Venatra, you agree to provide accurate information and update it promptly if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Venatra, and you need to be of legal age in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and for ensuring its security. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

You are accountable for all actions taken under your Venatra account. Violation of our terms or policies may result in account termination. Engaging in illegal, abusive, or exploitative behavior on Venatra is prohibited. As a creator earning on Venatra, your conduct may impact us, so we reserve the right to consider your activities both within and outside of Venatra.
As a seller, you can sell your own provided digital products or the physical products that we provide. We use Stripe, a third-party service, to process payments. Funds are transferred to your bank account by our Stripe partner. Stripe usually handles payment issues such as fraud, chargebacks, and resolution of disputes. For in-app purchases, refunds and disputes will be handled by the App Store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Occasionally, there might be additional delays in accessing these funds. Additionally, we reserve the right to block or withhold access to these funds due to violations of our terms or policies, or for compliance purposes such as tax reporting. In such cases, we make efforts to promptly communicate the reasons to you. To safeguard sellers, we may also block payments if they are suspected to be fraudulent. Furthermore, certain actions like refunds and chargebacks may result in a negative balance in your account.
Venatra is free to use, however we offer different accounts with monthly and annual fees. These accounts have more features and are auto-renewing subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time.
As a seller Venatra has different fees it collects when a sale is made:
Venatra collects sales tax on goods sold. However, Venatra does not file taxes on your behalf; you are responsible for reporting any income made on Venatra to your local tax authority if required. We provide a summary of your earnings with dates in the app. If you live in the United States or are a U.S. citizen who has earned $600 or more, you're legally required to report your earnings to the tax authority.
We don't allow sellers to sell anything that violates our terms or privacy policy. To summarize, we don’t allow:
7.1 Ownership: The App and all content, features, and functionality thereof are the exclusive property of Venatra or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Trademarks: The Venatra name and logo are trademarks of Venatra Inc. You agree not to use or display them without prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Venatra. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You agree Venatra shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VENATRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VENATRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venatra reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
